This being the second attempt of this photograph, I feel like I had more control over this image more than any in the series so far. Due to the last attempt not going as well as I once hoped, I over planed this shoot to make sure every aspect was perfect, so the position of the model, her make up and clothing and the editing. Like with my Giraffe girl shoot I wanted my model to appear quite animalistic, like a crab. I through that basing her position like a crab will resemble how I wanted to set her hands out like, I asked my model to clench her hands like she had claws and her back bend over almost crawling like a crab. Looking into animals with many arms and clenched hands I came across the idea of a crab and so based the visuals in the photograph to appear like so. I feel like this also adds on to the objectification of the woman as it is almost ripping away her human features and accusing her to be something that she is not. I feel like also having my model do this unusual pose it actually makes the image more surreal. This adds beauty and an art/sculpture feel to the image making her body seem more like an object of art rather than a human body creating the view that we are more fascinated by her body than her soul, objectifying her.

I am very please with how this photograph has went and i do feel that by having to re-do the image has made me a better photographer as it has made me want to double think my actions before i jump in the deep end and do the shoot. I do believe this photography will cause more of an intrest with my audience than the other due to her hands and her posture. I do believe that researching into body posture has made quite a sugnificant improvment onto the image and i do believe that this photograph shows what i orignally inteded and fits my brief and i am more than happy with its results, i feel that this image really does resemble a minamilistic fashion image.
