I want to find a way in which I can link together my body of work visually so that it clearly looks like a series opposed to a load of separate images. I did think about a couple of ways in which I could do this but the way which I felt would be the clear and professional would be through some sort of colour scheme. This also could also add to the mood of them images if light and styled well, therefore I am going to look into possible colour themes which would matched the overall theme of the images.
Human oddities being a rather old form of enterainment and being associated with the circus which was a massive form of entertainment in the 1870s, the topic is quite dated therefore I would like to find away to make my work a contemporary practice. Having knowledge that I want to link it with fashion, I looked into modern vogue issues to get a feel of the colours used within it. When doing this I came across contemporary photographer Paul Jung. All of Jungs Photographs are very minimalists due to his greyscale colour scheme. I believe this adds a timeless class onto the images and concludes what I would class as modern fashion photography which is something I would like to achieve or experiment with my photographs. I do believe if I do chose to pursue this minialmistic colour scheme it will help add class and civilisation back onto my extremist photographs bringing the view of this high class fashion image.
